First spring days and outdoor relaxation

I’m convinced that nature can give more inspiration and relaxation than the best spa. Even when it is the early spring and outside is cold, wet and cloudy. Just take a small trip to the park, forest or to the river… Walk there and listen the sounds of nature, maybe you will find the first spring flower, like me :).


And after make a small fire (if it is possible) to keep warm, sit comfortable and think about something very good for you.


It will be not bad to fry sausages 🙂 or something more healthy, make a tea. The main thing – you must be relaxing and totally peaceful.


I’m sure, after this therapy you will feel appease and inspiration to make your life more and more filled with happiness.
